In 1992 – graduated from the Kharkov Institute of Radioelectronics with a specialty in “Multichannel Telecommunications”
In 1996 lecturer, head lecturer, of the Department of Infocommunication Engineering (Telecommunication Systems) of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.
Educational activity
Teaches coursers: Administration of UNIX-like systems, Software configuration in telecommunications, Internet Services and Cloud Computing Services Platforms, other etc.
Research activities
Scientific interests – Modeling of VoIP networks, packet language technology, QoS multiservice network evaluation methods, jitter compensation algorithms in VoIP, access network technology analysis and design, IPTV services based on peer-to-peer technology, Expert-auditor of information security management systems.
