In 1978 he graduated from Kharkiv State University named after O.M.Gorky, specialty – “English”
1980 – Instructor of Foreign Languages Department of Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electonics (KhIRE)
1985 – full-time postgraduate student of Department of General and Comparative Historical Linguistics of Moscow State University named after M.V.Lomonosov
1989 – Assistant Professor of Foreign Languages Department of KhIRE
2008 – present Associate Professor of Foreign Languages Department of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (KNURE)

He teaches the following subjects:Foreign Language, Foreign Language for professional communication, Academic Foreign Language, Business Foreign Language.
