Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, President of the Kurgan Scientific Center of the Ecology International Academy and Vital Functions Safety

Ivan Manilo was born on May 28, 1947 in the village of Shenderovka of the Shenderovsky Village Council of the Korsun-Shevchenkovsky district of the Kiev region of the Ukrainian SSR, now the district belongs to the Cherkassy region of Ukraine.

With a silver medal in 1965 he graduated from the secondary labor polytechnic school.

In 1970, Ivan Manilo graduated from the Kharkov Institute of Radio Electronics (specialty “Electronic Engineer”), then in 1978 – the highest state courses in patent science.

Since 1973 a member of the CPSU.

In 1971–1982, Ivan Ivanovich worked at the Kurganpribor Production Association, where he went from an engineer to the head of the design department. In 1982–1995, Ivan Ivanovich Manilo worked as deputy head of the technical department, and was head of the CAD development department. I. I. Manilo – chief designer of CAD – head of the integrated department of design automation of the GUI “Giproavtoagregat”. Ivan Ivanovich – Director, Chief Researcher of the Kurgan Information and Analytical Center on the problem of the safe storage and destruction of chemical weapons.

Since 1996 – President of the Kurgan Scientific Center of the International Academy of Ecology and Life Safety (KSC MANEB).

President of the Kurgan regional branch of the Russian Green Cross. Since September 2009, Manilo Ivan Ivanovich has been working in the Kurgan State Agricultural Academy named after TS Maltsev as head of the department “Fire and Industrial Safety.”

Ivan Ivanovich is the author of more than 600 scientific works, among which 44 books and brochures, 51 inventions, submitted more than 200 rationalization proposals.
