Education and Career
In 1978 he graduated from Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics, specializing in Radio Engineering.
In 1991 he defended his PhD thesis on the specialty 05.12.04 – radar and radionavigation.
In 1999, he was promoted to associate professor of communication networks department.
Educational activity
Lectures on disciplines: the fundamentals of the theory of information distribution, the system of commutation and distribution of information, discrete mathematics, the intellectual analysis of data.
Research activities
Directions of scientific research: methods of signal processing; recognition of signals; Teletraffic theory; regression analysis.
