During the month, four remote meetings of the Scientific and Technical Council were held at the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, addressing urgent issues, in particular: the nomination of a regional scholarship for science in 2020 among gifted young scientists announced by the Department of Science of Kharkiv of the Regional State Administration in the nomination “Technical Sciences” of the senior lecturer of the department of physical bases of electronic engineering of Alexander Gnatenko, about nomination of applicants to participate in the competition for regional name scholarships in the field of science in 2020 for outstanding and talented young scientists, announced by the Department of Science and Education of Kharkiv Regional State Administration: Vladimir Kartashov – for scholarships among outstanding scientists in the nomination “Technical Scholarships” named after Proskury) and Konstantin Petrov – for scholarships among prominent scientists in the category “Informatics and Computer Sciences” (scholarship named after V.V. Sviridov), as well as the approval of the Thematic plan of scientific research and development, which is implemented by Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics at the expense of the state budget in 2020
