NURE students took part in the IEEEXtreme 16.0 hackathon

The teams of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics KIVI KhNURE, BelowZero and LLlyMePeHKu took part in the IEEEXtreme 16.0 hackathon programming competition. According to the results of the competition: KIVI KhNURE team consisting of: Ihor Barenblat (ITINF-19-1), Valerii Hrynenko (ITShIz-21-1), Kostiantyn Denysov (ITShIz-22-1) won the second place in the world, the first place in Ukraine and the first place in IEEE Region 8 (Europe, Middle East and Africa), and the LLlyMePeHKu team, consisting of: Denys Ryabtsev (PZPI-20-5), Dmytro Holodnikov (PZPI-20-4), Artem Diachenko (PZPI-20-5) won the second place in Ukraine.

In total, more than 14000 participants from 6300 teams from 65 countries were registered for the event, which took place on October 22.
