Students of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics took part in the International Science Project Olympiad, which took place on May 1-2 in Turkey.
Gold was won by Sofia Ivanova, who came up with a system for quickly heating the gas reduction gear of an automobile engine. Igor Michurin received a special award for a curriculum for finding the roots of polynomials on a complex plane.
The International Olympiad in Research Projects is a forum for young scientists held since 2007 under the auspices of the Turkish Ministry of Education.
