Dmytro Panchenko, a master’s student at the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, became one of the co-authors of an article in Nature Methods magazine of Nature publishing house.
The magazine is a part of the first quartile Q1 and has an impact factor of 28,467. The article Analysis of the Human Protein Atlas Image Classification competition is devoted to the application of deep learning methods to detect subcellular localizations of protein from microscopic images.
The article was prepared based on the results of the competition Kaggle, in which 2172 teams took part in 3 months.
