On behalf of the President of Ukraine, Acting Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Serhiy Shkarlet solemnly presented diplomas and badges of honor to representatives of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics – laureates of the State Prize of Ukraine in Education for 2019 – Professors Oleg Avrunin, Igor Nevlyudov, Valery Sements and Oleksandr Filipenko for the work “Integrated information and educational environment and rehabilitation measures to ensure equal access to quality education for people with special educational needs” in the category “Vocational and technical education”.
