Tetyana Tkacheva, Head of the Department of International Relations of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, became part of the Administrative Council of the Alliance France in the city of Kharkiv, while taking the post of Secretary of the Council. The relevant decision was made by the Alliance General Assembly on March 24. After completing the formal part there was a meeting of the members of the newly elected Administrative Board with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of France in Ukraine Mr.Etienne de Poncins, during which the Alliance’s development strategy in the Kharkiv region was discussed.
