The UI GreenMetric World University Ranking 2022, a global ranking that reflects the efforts of universities to address sustainability and environmental impact, has been published.
The UI Green Metric World University Ranking takes into account the overall campus amenities, infrastructure, availability of environmental courses, use of energy-efficient technologies, waste recycling and water conservation programmes, reduction of carbon dioxide emissions, etc.
In 2022, 1050 universities from 85 countries took part in the ranking. Among them are 17 Ukrainian universities. NURE took the 899th position, and we are on the 13th place among Ukrainian universities. Traditionally, our best position is in the Energy and Climate Change category.
