From February 18 to March 1, 2024, three qualifying Ukrainian Championships in powerlifting, bench press and classic bench press were held in Kolomyia, Ivano-Frankivsk region.
Members of the NURE powerlifting team performed well at these prestigious competitions.
Oleksandr Shulepa (KIUKI-21-10) – 1st place in powerlifting among juniors,
Oleksandr Shulepa (KIUKI-21-10) – 3rd place in powerlifting among adults,
Oleksandra Zaikina – 1st place in the classic bench press among girls,
Tetiana Slyvka (VPVPS-21-5) – 3rd place in the classic bench press among juniors,
Olena Didiuk – 1st place in bench press among juniors,
Nataliia Didiuk (Senior Lecturer of the Department of Physical Education) – 1st place in the classic bench press and 1st place in the absolute weight category,
Popruga Vira (MTTE-20-1) – 1st place in bench press among juniors,
Popruga Vira (MTTE-20-1) – 1st place in the classic bench press among juniors.
As a part of the national team of Kharkiv region, they took the team competition:
1st place in the classic bench press among women veterans M2,
2nd place in powerlifting among juniors,
2nd place in powerlifting among men,
3rd place in the classic bench press among girls,
The coach, senior lecturer of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Natalia Didiuk was awarded diplomas for training the champions of Ukraine Olena Didiuk and Oleksandra Zaikina at the bench press and classic bench press championships.
