Today the heart of Kharkiv Mayor Gennady Adolfovych Kernes stopped. Unfortunately, this energetic man, who headed Kharkiv for 10 years and did a lot for the city and Kharkiv residents, is gone.
On behalf of myself and the entire team of NURE, I express my condolences to the family and relatives.
