European Commission announced results of Erasmus+ projects selection: NURE is among the winners

The project proposal “Academic Response to Hybrid Threats” has got a three-year grant from the EU-funded Erasmus+ Programme for Capacity Building in the Field of Higher Education.

The project is one of eight Ukrainian winners of the competition. The goal of the project is to raise awareness and resilience of society to hybrid threats by academic means.

The project is to be implemented by consortium consisting of Ukrainian and EU universities coordinated by University of Jyväskylä. In particular, NURE inter-faculty team including experts from Artificial Intelligence and Economic Cybernetics and Economic Security Management Departments will contribute to the development of new interdisciplinary modules aimed at countering hybrid threats.

European partners will share their expertise in the field of hybrid security. Among them Hybrid Strategy Lab (the Netherlands) and European Center for Countering Hybrid Threats (Finland) – leading specialized institutions in EU.
