Every year on December 3, the International Day of Persons with Disabilities is celebrated by the UN General Assembly resolution.
The International Day of Persons with Disabilities is aimed at drawing attention to the problems of this category of society, protecting their dignity and rights, ensuring a sense of equality among equals.
The main task is to ensure the full realization of the rights of persons with disabilities on the basis of justice and full participation in society.
This day reminds humanity about the mercy and care for the most vulnerable of society – people with disabilities, who are currently in extremely difficult conditions.
