On February 24, 2020, another regular seminar was held to discuss the report of UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, urging all sections of society to mobilize for a decade of action at three levels: global action to provide more leadership, increased resources and greater resources for sustainable development goals; local actions, including necessary changes in policies, budgets, institutions and the regulatory framework of governments, cities and local authorities; and the actions of people, including youth, civil society, the media, the private sector, trade unions, academia and other stakeholders, to create a rampant movement that requires the necessary transformations.
In particular, the report referred to the need to change the education system. It is not just about learning, but also about learning throughout life.
Emphasis was also placed on digital collaboration in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and digital collaboration, encompassing Internet connectivity, human rights, trust and security in the age of digital interdependence.
