Elections in Ukraine are the main form of popular expression, one way of direct exercise of power by the Ukrainian people.
Two polling stations were established on a permanent basis at Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics according to the Central Election Commission Resolution of June 25, 2020 № 116 “On the Procedure for Establishment of Polling Stations on a Permanent Basis, Their Temporary Closure, Liquidation and making changes to the information on the formed polling stations”.
Regular polling stations № 631161 and № 631160 operate on a permanent basis to organize and conduct voting of residence.
Data on location, boundaries of polling stations, number of voters, unimpeded entry and exit from the premises, compliance to sanitary and technical standards, compliance with state building codes, installation standards, etc. are given in the State Register of Voters.

NURE polling stations are provided with appropriate premises for voting and premises for organizing the work of polling station election commissions in accordance with the requirements of the Electoral Code of Ukraine, which allows for safe elections on the basis of universal, equal and direct suffrage by secret ballot.
