The center is considered as a set of specific research technology platforms that we plan to gradually create for each field of research. Each of these platforms will allow conducting diverse experiments on its object of study, creating special conditions according to the purpose of the experiment, for its functioning and having the necessary tools and means for measuring the specified values.
The Center should ensure technical and technological capabilities for scientists to make the transition to a qualitatively new level of experimental research based on the usage of the state-of-the-art measuring equipment, technological and information support for the process of experiment management, storage, processing and analysis of the achieved results.
The structure of the center
The Center includes 6 research laboratories, which should provide experimental research in the relevant areas.
Each laboratory has technical equipment for its field of work, qualified technical staff and equipped workplaces for researchers.
Scientific and methodological support of the Center is provided by scientific staff of specialized departments of KNURE, which should take care of the creation and continuous improvement of the technological platform of experimental research of the relevant scientific direction.
The Center should also form the basis of experiments. The Centre’s information database must store the description and results of the experiments. They must be available for further use with in agreed limits.
The Center provides service for experimental research from:
- departments and scientific subdivisions of KNURE (according to the agreed research plans)
- other higher education institutes and scientific establishments of the Ministry of Education and Science or the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine;
- foreign scientific establishments, organizations and enterprises (on a commercial basis);
- organizations and enterprises of Ukraine that are not subordinate to the Ministry of Education and Science (on a commercial basis).
