Human Resources Department structural subdivision of university and directly is under the authority of the rector.
In its activity the Human Resources Department is guided by the current legislation of Ukraine, and government decision of Ukraine, orders of Ministry of education and science of Ukraine, rector of the University, Charter and internal labor regulations of University and Statute of personnel department of the University.

Basic tasks of Human Resources Department are as follows:
- creation of active documents concerning personnel structure;
- registration of personnel as to employment, reshuffle, discharge of employees;
- accompaniment as to the skilled questions of students, account of encouragements and disciplinary penalties;
- account of grant leave;
- account of changes, pertaining personality of an employee or a student;
- registration, conducting and accounting of labour books;
- preparation of documents for the state statistical accounting and accounting that is given in state service of employment;
- preparation of documents for archive storage.
The archive of university is subordinate to the personnel department. The basic task of archive is storage of documents, work with them in regard to official, productive, scientific and other aim, and also the use as for the protection of legal rights and interests of citizens. An archive answers the requests of legal entities and statements of citizens, gives them the archive certificates, copies, extracts of socially-legal character, which are necessary for the satisfaction of their rights and legal interests.
