The educational and professional program “System Analysis and Management” is focused on the training of highly qualified specialists who are able to develop and apply system analysis methods and tools for the behavior predicting, designing, managing complex systems of the various nature and purpose, designing decision support systems are based on the system analysis methodology, that makes it possible to perform effectively innovative nature tasks at the professional activity appropriate level.

- The ability to integrate knowledge and carry out a systematic research, to apply methods of mathematics and information modeling of various nature complex systems and processes.
- The ability to design the architecture of information systems.
- The ability to develop decision support systems and recommender systems.
- The ability to assess risks, develop risk management algorithms in various nature complex systems.
- The ability to model, predict and design complex systems and processes based on the system analysis methods and tools.
- The ability to apply the theory and methods of Data Science to perform intelligent data analysis to identify new properties and generate new knowledge about complex systems.
- The ability to manage workflows in the information technologies, that are complex, unpredictable, and require new strategic approaches.
- The ability to develop and implement scientific and applied information technology projects and related interdisciplinary projects.
- The ability to protect intellectual property rights, commercialize research and innovation results.
