Educational-professional program «Consolidated Information» (Specialty 124 – System Analysis) is focused on the training of highly qualified specialists in the field of modern information-oriented knowledge-based technologies capable of the developing and applying methods and tools for the system analysis for the competitive intelligence, business organization and modeling, knowledge-oriented intellectual systems and technologies, decision support, an object-oriented analysis and modeling, knowledge management and information management technologies, social networking on the Internet, information and communication technologies, which gives an opportunity to  efficiently perform the tasks which are relevant to the innovative characteristics of the profession.

The accent of the program is made on the formation of a specialist who will be able to solve the complex problems associated with the use of modern and advanced intellectual knowledge-oriented cognitive methods and technologies of the noosphere stage of science development; ontological, object and other models of the information and knowledge about any problem areas for the increasing competitiveness and the formation of an intellectual capital of the organizational system, educational process, etc .; information-analytical and system-organizational support of the activities of legal entities for the purpose of its radical improvement on the basis of a knowledge-oriented formulation and forecasting of the variants of the operational and strategic decisions on the basis of some system methods and technologies of the noosphere stage of science development.

 

The Master will own the following skills and competencies:

 

  1. To own the basic methods of the competitive intelligence, the organizational and business activities, the methods of the information and analytical support of an organization, methodology of the information preparation for increasing the competitiveness of organizations on the basis of a systemological approach.
  2. Ability to plan and carry out systemological research, perform an information modeling of the dynamic processes.
  3. Ability to provide analytical support for the business systems to improve business processes and support decision-making.
  4. Ability to apply the modern methods of the decision-making theory during systemological research.
  5. Ability to use the methodology of the system analysis for the decision making in the complex systems of the different types.
  6. Ability to formulate, analyze and synthesize during the solving of the scientific problems at an abstract level.
  7. To possess knowledge and skills in knowledge management, system classification analysis, modern knowledge oriented methods and technologies.
  8. To possess the knowledge and skills concerning the practical implementation of the formation and the development of the individuals and social groups in a modern socio-cultural life; determination of the indivisibility of the formation of the personality and individuality with their social environment; motivating individuals to self-actualization and self-realization in the life and professional space; analysis skills, conflict, and constructive solution.
  9. Ability to apply modern information technologies in solving system analysis problems.
  10. Knowledge of the requirements classifications, the requirements management techniques, product management, and the project management and skills in analyzing and modeling of the system requirements and user requirements.
  11. Ability to model, predict and project business processes of the enterprise based on the methods and tools of the system analysis.
  12. Ability to organize the work of the collective of performers, to make expedient and economically justified organizational and managerial decisions, to provide the safe working conditions.
  13. Ability to search, systemologicalally study and analyze scientific and technical information, world experience associated with the use of the methods of the system analysis for the study of some various processes, phenomena, and systems.
  14. Ability to participate in the compilation of scientific and technical documentation, publications and in the implementation of the results of research and development.
  15. Ability to self-education and advanced training based on innovative approaches in the field of system analysis.
