In our educational program, students will receive theoretical and practical development skills, the use and improvement of modern systems and technologies for the creation of diverse multimedia, will master modern hardware and software tools for creating its content using the latest technological achievements in this field of knowledge, will receive scientific research skills for further training and successful work in research teams and higher educational institutions of Ukraine and abroad.
Our students are taught the following areas of multimedia:
– technique of recording, processing and synthesis of sound information, theoretical and practical acoustics;
– technology and technologies of digital photography and image processing, elements of graphic design, 2D-graphics, technology and technology for personnel animation, optotechnics and computer vision systems;
– technique and technology of video shooting and editing, design and work with lighting and chromaceum, post-processing of video materials, means of creating visual effects (VFX);
– 3D-graphics technique and technologies (sculpting, retopology, texturing and animation), devices and technologies for obtaining 3D-photos, 3D-Scan, photogrammetry;
– multimedia content information systems.
Skills and competencies:
– development of systems and technologies for creating multimedia content, their use for the needs of the gaming, film, television and entertainment industries;
– development of sound recording systems, sound processing and editing facilities, their use for video recording, recording and synthesis of environmental sound;
– design of audio and video complexes, voice systems of premises: concert and conference halls, cinemas, entertainment centers, as well as their practical operation during mass events;
– working with photo and video equipment, practical skills with cameras and video cameras, processing and editing in GIMP, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere.
– development of technical tools for creating computer 2D-, 3D- graphics and animation, post-processing of video production and 3D-graphics, working with visual effects of VFX, as well as their use for creating multimedia;
– development of multimedia applications;
– development of technical means of digital image processing, computer vision systems for automation and robotics;
– organization of television and sound Internet broadcasting;
– the ability to assess the level of existing technologies in the field of professional activity, the effectiveness of technical solutions and the possibility of the emergence of intellectual property rights, to find ways and opportunities for the implementation of scientific ideas in profitable business projects and startups;
– ability to use information technology, methods of intellectualization and visualization, artificial intelligence for research and analysis of processes in electronic systems;
– ability to demonstrate and use knowledge of modern computer and information technologies and tools of engineering and scientific research, calculations, processing and analysis of data, modeling and optimization;
– the ability to analyze and use modern printed and electronic resources (including foreign) scientific, technical, reference and scientific information on the state, trends and development of electronic technology.
