At 1975 graduated from Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics, specialty – automated control systems.
1975 – engineer of the Department of Automated Control Systems.
1986 – candidate of technical sciences, Kharkov Institute of Radio Electronics, specialty 05.13.06 – automated control systems; thesis topic – “Algorithms of parametric control of organizational and technical systems”.
1983 Assistant, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, Department of Economics and Production Management Organization, Electronic Computing Machines.
2006 – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, specialty 05.13.03 – systems and processes of management. The theme of the thesis is “Synthesis of adaptive critical control systems in conditions of uncertainty”.
Since 2007 – Head of the Department of Economic Cybernetics and Economic Security Management.
Since 2011 – Professor of the Department of Department of Economic Сybernetics and Management of Economic Security KNURE.
Educational activity
Teaches courses: “ Economic cybernetics ”, “ Systems of Monitoring in Economics ”, “Organization and Management of Financial and Economic Security System of an Enterprise”.
Researcher activity
Scientific interests – control and management of dynamic objects.
The head of several scientific and reserch projects (public financing) with registration numbers 214/2, 07-09 D 0107V003028; 245-2 10-12 D0110U000458; 273-3 13-15 D0113U000357.
Under his supervision, 8 candidate’s theses were successfully defended, and at this moment he is the supervisor of 4 postgraduate students.
Member of the International Academy of Sciences of Applied Radio Electronics of Ukraine, Russia and Belarus and Academy of Informatics.
International activity / participation in international projects
Member of the bureau of the informatics section of the Russian Academy of Sciences, member of the State examination Commission of the Kharkiv Aerospace University “KhAI”.
