1989 – Doctor of Philosophy, specialty 05.12.17 Radio engineering and television systems defended the thesis in KNURE
Since 1983 till 2002 he worked in various positions from the engineer of the UFNIIT to the Deputy Director for Scientific Work of the State Research Institute “Soyuz”
