Education and Career
1995 – engineer-«system engineer», graduated from the Faculty of aircraft control systems of the Kharkiv Aviation Institute Named After N.Е. Zhukovsky (Department of Automated Control Systems), specialty – automated information processing and соntrol systems, qualification – system engineer, diploma with honors.
2004 – candidate of technical sciences, thesis topic – “Models and methods of project management in the market of educational services (in the conditions of integration of economy of Ukraine in common European zone)”, specialty 05.13.22 – “Project management and production development”, defense of the thesis took place in
the National Aerospace University N.E. Zhukovsky “Kharkiv Aviation Institute” in the department of management.
2004 – till the present time he works at the post of associate professor of the department.
2006 – received an academic title – associate professor of the Management Department of the National Aerospace University Named After N.E. Zhukovsky “KhAI”.
2005-2007 – Scholarship of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2007 – work as associate professor of the Department of Management, of the Department of Economics and Marketing of the National Aerospace University Named After N.E. Zhukovsky “KhAI”.
2016 – Associate Professor of the Department of Social Informatics of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.
Educational activity
She teaches courses: “Management”, “Project management”, “Management of strategic changes”, project management “Requirements management”, “Information support of public relations”, “Technologies of decision support”, “Fundamentals of PR-activity”, “Information management technologies”, “Additional marketing divisions”.
Research activities
2005-2007 – the winner of the competition of grants of young scientists – the Scholarship of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Within the framework of state budget and other research work, she took part in research work on the topic of the dissertation and in accordance with the subjects of the departments:
“Development and improvement of methodological principles for the formation of a strategy for the development of economic and production systems in a market economy”; “Methodological foundations for the synthesis of system technologies for project management and programs for the creation of complex aerospace complexes” and “Information technology for analysis of organizational processes.”

International activity: She takes part in International scientific conferences from 1995 and now.
The fate of the international projects: She took part in international projects: She took part in events and projects of BMEU (Business Management Education in Ukraine).

Has over 50 publications, including 1 monograph, over 10 educational programs.
