<p style="text-align: justify;">Nevliudov Igor is a head of Scientific School in the field of Technology and Automation of the Radio-Electronic Instrument production, in which 30 Candidates of Engineering Science (PhD) and 6 Doctors of Engineering Science were prepared.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Under his leadership, the research projects at the expense of the state budget are successfully provided (10 projects, from 2002 to present) also the business projects for industrial enterprise’s orders.</p>

<p>Honored Scientist and Engineer of Ukraine (2013), Laureate of State prizes of Ukraine in science and technology (2014), Laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of education (2019); awarded the Diploma of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (2020); Winner (2000), winner (2015) of regional competition «Higher School of Kharkov &#8211; the best names in nomination «Head of Department»; honorary sign «Excellence in Education of Ukraine» (2001), sign «For scientific achievements» (2005); Regional G. Proskura Scholarship in Science (2010); has a number of signs, medals and other awards.</p>

<p>Graduated from the Kharkov Institute of Radio Electronics.</p>
<p>&#8220;Worked in the research laboratory of the Military Engineering Radio Engineering Academy of Air Defense, served in officer positions in the Armed Forces.</p>

<h3><strong>Research activities</strong></h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Prof. V.N. Kartashov is the head of the world famous scientific school for remote sensing of the atmosphere by acoustic and electromagnetic waves. The main scientific results of V.N. Kartashov. and his students &#8211; the theory of vector sounding radioacoustic signals was created, the theoretical foundations for the optimization and adaptation of signal processing devices for atmospheric sounding systems were developed.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Recently, under the leadership of Kartashov VM the actual direction necessary for increase of defense capability of the country on detection of unmanned aerial vehicles on radar, acoustic and optical signals is developed. A number of state budget and self-supporting works were commissioned by industrial enterprises and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, to achieve results at the world level.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Social activities</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Participated in the development of higher education standard on specialty <a href="https://mon.gov.ua/storage/app/media/vishcha-osvita/zatverdzeni%20standarty/12/21/171-elektronika-bakalavr-VO-zatv.stand.01.11.pdf"><strong>171 &#8220;Electronics&#8221;</strong></a> for undergraduate (bachelor) level of higher education.</p>

<h3><strong>International activity / participation in international projects</strong></h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Develops international cooperation with foreign universities: with the Autonomous University of Baja California (Mexico), with the Institute of Radio Wave Propagation in Qingdao (China). Under the leadership of V.N. Kartashov employees of foreign universities undergo scientific training at KNURE: Head of the Department of Applied Physics of the Autonomous University of the State of Baja California (Mexico), Ph.D. Sergienko A.Yu. (2018) postgraduate student of the Faculty of Engineering, Kahramanmaras University (Turkey) Burak Oztush (2018) and others.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">He actively participates in the conduct and organization of a number of international scientific conferences, a member of their program committees. Organizer and head of sections of prestigious scientific conferences: IECON 2019 &#8211; 45th Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society, Lisbon, Portugal, 2019; 29 IEEE International Symposium on Industrial Electronics 2020, Delft, the Nederland.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Published independently and in the sponsorship of 270 scientific works, the middle 40 patents for wine boats, 10 monographs (of which 6 are English language works in foreign records). <p style="text-align: justify;">In 1983 he graduated from Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics, specializing in the design and manufacture of radio electronic devices (diploma with honors).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">From August 1983 to December 1984, he worked as an engineer at the Design Bureau of the “Electro instrument making&#8221; (Kharkiv).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Since November 1986 he has been working at the Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics at the Department of Technology and Automation of the Production of Radio Electronic and Electronic Computing Means: junior researcher (1986-1989), researcher (1989-1991), assistant (1991-1993), senior lecturer (1993 &#8211; 1995), associate professor (1995-2000), doctoral student (2000-2003), assistant professor (2003-2005), professor (September-October 2005).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In 1995 he defended his Ph.D. thesis at the Specialized Scientific Council of the Research Institute of Instrumentation Technology (RIIT).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In 2004 he defended his doctoral dissertation in the Specialized Scientific Council of the RIIT on the specialty &#8220;Automation of Management Processes&#8221;.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2007 &#8211; Assigned the academic title of professor at the Department of Technology and Automation of the Production of Radio electronic and Electronic Computing Devices.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">From 2005 to present &#8211; Dean of the Faculty of Automation and Computerized Technologies.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Scientific interests &#8211; automated technologies of production and control of components for fiber optic information systems, micro-opto-electromechanical systems (MEMS, MOEMS), automation and control in the technology of electronic means.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">He directs the training of masters and philosophy doctors, is a member of two specialized councils for the protection of doctoral thesis. The results of scientific research are introduced at the State Enterprise &#8220;Radio relay&#8221;. He was the responsible executor of seven research works, which were carried out in KNURE by the state order.</p>

<p>Teaches disciplines: microwave microelectronics, microelectromechanical systems, the basics of scientific research, the organization of science,  the elemental base of electronic means of control and management, the electronics of telecommunication systems, the elemental base of modern microwave microelectronics, thermal imaging devices and systems, measuring sensors and converters.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Researcher activity</strong></h3>
<p>Scientific and technical achievements: instruments and devices based on high-quality cooled and superconducting resonators are developed and introduced into the practice of fundamental and applied scientific research. Designed stands for the study of cooled radiation receivers and devices of cooled optics. Proposed and developed systems for the formation of primary information signals and high-Q resonator measuring transducers for microwave diagnostics of materials and media.</p>
