<p style="text-align: justify;">1972-1978 &#8211; National Aerospace University “Kharkov Aviation Institute” (KhAI) named after N.E. Zhukovski. Radiotechnical faculty, speciality – radio electronics devices, qualification –  radio engineer.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1981 – 1984 &#8211; Purpose full-time post-graduate course in KhAI. Defended a dissertation in 1984, took PhD degree in engineering sciences in speciality “Radio electronics devices and systems”. In 1989 received the academic status of Senior Research Scientist.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Research activities</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Beginning from 1985 worked in the sphere of development of methods and means of satellite navigation and geodesy, specialized radio measuring systems of GNSS user positioning.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Since 1997 – development of regional local GNSS functional augmentations (differential subsystems) including specialized reference stations (RS) providing categorized instrument landing of airborne vehicles, and also multifunctional RS networks for the purpose of precision navigation, geodetic and cadastre surveys, trajectory measuring.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>International activity / participation in international projects</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In 2012-2014 participated in the project «EGNOS extension to Eastern Europe: applications» (EEGS2), which was carried out within the Seventh Framework Programme of the European Union.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Publications and patents</strong></span></p>
