She has been the head of the KNURE social and psychological services since 2007.

Worked at the KNURE Center of Gender Education since 2012.

She is an employee of the public movement “Network of Centers of gender education”.

Since 2016 she has been an expert on anti-discrimination expertise of school textbooks at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

In 1980 graduated from A.M. Gorky Kharkiv State University on the specialty “Psychology “.

 In 1994 she defended her thesis dissertation “Phenomenon of integrity of consciousness as a possible objective basis of intuition”.Ph.D. in Philosophical Sciences.

Since 1996 – associate professor of Department of Philosophy KNURE.

Since 2017, she has been working as a professor at the Department of Philosophy.

Educational activity

She teaches disciplines: “Psychology of management”, “Social psychology and conflictology”, “Psychological and pedagogical problems of scientific and pedagogical activity”.

Research activities

Scientific interests: philosophical anthropology, psychological problems of creative activity, philosophical and psychological aspects of the phenomenon of intuition, social and gender psychology, humanistic and existential direction in psychological counseling, philosophical and psychological aspects of inclusive education.

Social activities

Since 2012, he is the head of the Center for Gender Education at KNURE, works in the social-psychological service of KNURE, is an employee of the public movement “Network of Centers of Gender Education of Higher Educational Institutions of Ukraine”. From 2016 he is a member of the MES working group  and expert on anti-discrimination expertise of school textbooks at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
