<p style="text-align: justify;">Since 2016 she has been an expert on anti-discrimination expertise of school textbooks at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Since 2017, she has been working as a professor at the Department of Philosophy.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">She teaches disciplines: &#8220;Psychology of management&#8221;, &#8220;Social psychology and conflictology&#8221;, &#8220;Psychological and pedagogical problems of scientific and pedagogical activity&#8221;.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Scientific interests: philosophical anthropology, psychological problems of creative activity, philosophical and psychological aspects of the phenomenon of intuition, social and gender psychology, humanistic and existential direction in psychological counseling, philosophical and psychological aspects of inclusive education.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Social activities</strong></h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Since 2012, he is the head of the Center for Gender Education at KNURE, works in the social-psychological service of KNURE, is an employee of the public movement &#8220;Network of Centers of Gender Education of Higher Educational Institutions of Ukraine&#8221;. From 2016 he is a <strong><a href="https://nure.ua/wp-content/uploads/Main_Docs_NURE/nakaz-pro-stvorennia-robochoi-hrupy.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">member of the MES working group</a></strong>  and expert on anti-discrimination expertise of school textbooks at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.</p>
