Webometrics Ranking of World’s Universities has published a traditional ranking of universities in terms of their level of presence in the network.

The results of the Cybermetrics Lab (Cybermetrics Lab) of the National Research Council of Spain are published twice a year, in January and July at the official website http://www.webometrics.info/en/Europe/Ukraine%20
The aim of the Ranking is to improve the presence of the academic and research institutions on the Web and to promote the open access publication of scientific results.
Ranking system for the world’s universities based on a composite indicator that takes into account both the volume of the Web contents (number of web pages and files) and the visibility and impact of these web publications according to the number of external inlinks (site citations) they received.
In other words, the content and information component of the university web-site is assessed.
In general, the rating covers more than 27,000 universities and educational institutions from around the world.
In July 2018 KNURE ranked 16th among Ukrainian universities and 3840 in the world, compared to 17 (4076 in the world) in January 2018.
