His research interests include Mathematical Physics, Mathematical Modeling and Computational Methods, Electrodynamics, Theory of Antennas.
Scientific achievements: methods and approaches to studying problems of monochromatic waves diffraction on open both perfectly conducting and imperfectly conducting conical surfaces; methods and approaches of mathematical modeling of complex processes of impulse excitation of conical structures; the theory of waves diffraction by nonhomogeneous conical structures. Preparation of highly qualified personnel on specialities: 01.04.03 – Radio Physics, 01.05.02 – Mathematical Modeling and Computational Methods.
Public and international activities
A member of the Special Board for Dr. Sc. theses: Mathematical Modeling and Computational Methods. He is a member of the Ukrainian editorial board of the Journal of Applied Electromagnetism (Journal of Applied Electromagnetism), published in the National University of Athens (Greece). Member of the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society in Ukraine, Ukrainian part (Senior member).
