The area of interests includes mathematical and information models of pattern recognition and image processing.
Scientific and Technical Achievements
A new direction in pattern recognition based on normalization and group theory has been developed. Normalization algorithms of geometrical transformations for Euclidean, metrical, affine and projective groups have been developed and served the basis for the development of specialized technical devices with computer vision.
In 1980s a multiple computer of parallel processing and pattern recognition aimed at the development of mathematical models and algorithms has been worked out for the first time in this country.
