In 1969, he graduated from the Kharkov State University named after M. Gorky with a degree in “Mathematical and applied linguistics”.
In 1979, he was awarded the PhD degree at the Kharkov institute of Radio Electronics.
In 1979, he started his work as an Assistant Professor at the Computer Software Department. Now it is the Software Engineering Department.
In 1981, he was promoted to the position of a Senior Lecturer.
In 1981 – 1982, he was on a research assignment at the University of Maryland, USA.
In 1983, he was promoted to the position of an Associate Professor at the Computer Software Department.
In 1985, I received an Associate Professor certificate for that job position.
He taught about 20 courses at the university level in specialties “Computers”, “Computer Software”, “Computer Science”, “Computer Engineering”, “Software Engineering” at the Kharkov Institute of Radio Electronics, at private universities in Jordan and at the Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics.
The list of courses taught by him includes: “Data structures and algorithms”, “Discrete mathematics”, “Programming in C++”, “Logic circuit design”, “Database systems”, “Information retrieval systems”, et al. He teaches his courses in English.
He was an advisor of two postgraduate students who were awarded PhD degrees in the specialty 05.13.01 – “Technical Cybernetics and Information Theory”.
