1980 – graduated from Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics, speciality-Design and Technology of Computing Equipment.
He worked at the Institute as a Junior researcher, a senior researcher, he studied in graduate school, was a senior lecturer.
1984 – candidate of technical Sciences.
1992 – doctor of technical Sciences.
1994 – Vice-rector on educational work.
From 2005 to 2012 – first Vice-rector of KhNURE.
From 1998 to 1999, jyväskylä, Finland. Expert of EU project “Tempus-Tasis”.
1999 – supervisor of the student internship programme at the enterprises of Germany through the DAAD.
2001 – Guangzhou. The head of the delegation to establish partnerships with universities in China.
2003, 2004 – Bethlehem. Project coordinator, U.S. Department of State “A Partnership for Educational and Technical Change”.
2004 – Baku, Azerbaijan. Project coordinator, U.S. Department of State “A Partnership for Educational and Technical Change”.
He trained 7 candidates of Sciences and 3 doctors of Sciences.
2008 – State prize of Ukraine in science and technology for the work “System of Finance Management in the Field of Education and Science.”
2011 – project “Development of modern software and hardware microprocessor technology application in information and telecommunication technology for distance education”, was presented for the State prize of Ukraine in Education and took the second place.
2015 – co-authored received the State prize of Ukraine in science and technology for a series of textbooks for higher educational institutions.
2015 – the project ” Development and implementation of a distributed educational environment based on modern information and communication technologies for professionals in the technical training areas” was presented for the State prize of Ukraine in the field of education.
Awarded by the Sign “The High Achiever of Education of Ukraine”.
From 2009 to 2014 the member of the Coordination Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for training of students with disabilities. For seventeen years was the Deputy Chairman of the Academic Council of Kharkiv National University of radio electronics. For nine years headed, and now is a member of two specialized councils for defending of candidate and doctoral dissertations.
