Higher education institutions from the partner countries, including Ukraine, could be a partner university in Europe to organize projects on mobility for teachers and administrative staff.
• To provide better opportunities for improving quality of teaching and learning
Teachers scholarships for teaching, training or internships to apply for participation in competitions directly to your university (credit mobility) based on inter-institutional agreements and / or partnerships (speed mobility), as well as representatives of other countries, there are no restrictions .
KA2: Cooperation for innovation
Strategic partnerships
• Strengthening cooperation between universities and key stakeholders (companies, research institutions, social partners, local / regional authorities and other organizations in the field of education, training or youth policy) in order to promote quality and innovation in higher education
The main activities towards:
• The development, testing and implementation of new joint curricula and programs, joint modules, intensive training programs
• Development of cooperation with companies in projects to explore real life examples
• Use of the potential of open educational resources, total (collective) and personalized training
• Integration of various forms and methods of training (distance, modular)

Knowledge Alliances
• Strengthen structured and long-term cooperation between universities and businesses to find innovative ways to generate and disseminate knowledge in projects aimed at the result, especially in the newest branches
The main activities towards:
• Development of new multidisciplinary curricula that meet needs of business
• Promote the development of the students, teachers and employees of the business mindset
• Facilitating the exchange, dissemination and sharing of knowledge creation with participation of universities and enterprises
The participation of partner countries, including Ukraine, will be available as a partner only with a unique experience-based value added for participation such an alliance.

KA2: Cooperation for innovation and exchange of best practices
Developing the capacity of higher education (ex-TEMPUS)
The main activities towards:
Two types of cooperation projects of EU member states, other European countries, candidate countries (of 34) with the neighboring countries, Russia, the countries of Asia, Latin America, Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific (about 150 partner countries):
Joint projects: The new curricula and programs, the methodology of teaching and learning, the development (training) of staff, quality assurance, management, tools of the Bologna Process
• Structural Projects: Reforms at the national level with the participation of the authorities in the partner countries (modernization of education policy, measures for the implementation of the Bologna process, governance and management in higher education …)
+ The optional mobility in both directions -with the EU and the EU for the countries of the European Neighbourhood Policy and the candidate countries (no National Agency) for students and employees, the same rules that apply to credit mobility (maximum 12 months).
Ukraine is a full member of the direction and may, how to initiate projects and be the focal point by the applicant, be an equal partner projects.
