Education and Career
In 1985 – graduated from the Kharkov Institute of Radio Electronics with a degree in «Applied mathematics».
1985 – Junior researcher at the Kharkov Institute of Radio Electronics.
1987 – Research fellow.
1988-2015 senior researcher of Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics.
2011-2014 – Head of the Laboratory “Transmission of Information Technology Systems for Disaster Risk Reduction” of Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics.
2016-2021 – Engineer, the Informatics Department of Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics.
Since 2021 – Engineer of MST Department. NURE.
Researcher activity
As part of the state budget R & D was involved in research projects:
- “Processing complex signals (images) in information systems”;
- “Development and research of theoretical and applied aspects of synthesis and processing of X-ray images in radiation-introscopic analysis systems”;
- “Methods of processing and technology of image recognition of different physical nature;
- “Development of theoretical foundations and software for adaptive, neuro- and fuzzy control systems, taking into account constraints that are parametrically optimized;
- “Conceptual approaches and models of image recognition in the conditions of regular and random perturbations for real-time systems”;
- “Development of theoretical foundations and mathematical support for neuro-fuzzy systems of early diagnostics, prediction and modeling under conditions of a priori and ongoing uncertainty”;
- “Research and development of methods for image analysis under conditions of complex disturbances”, “Research and development of methods and models of data interpretation in computer vision systems”;
- “Models and methods of granulation and interpretation of multidimensional data”;
- “Models and methods of analysis and interpretation of dynamic processes”.
Research interests: intelligent data analysis of different nature, methods and algorithms for image processing.
International activity / participation in international projects
I took part in a number of international conferences in Bulgaria.
Member of BdKCSE Program committee.

Has over 100 publications, including 4 Monographs.
