In 1973 he graduated from Krasnodar VVF – economist in financial work.
In 1976 he was assistant of the head of the special communication department in Makhachkala, Dagestan.
In 1980 he was assistant of the head of the 8th communication department of the town of Klyuchi, Kamchatka region.
In 1983 he was an assistant of the chief of staff for the special communication of Glukhov, Sumy region.
In 1993, the head of the communications department of Vinnitsa.
In 2003, the head of the communications service Kharkov Institute of the Air Force of Kharkov.
In 2004, the head of the special communication and information security service in Kharkov University of the Air Forces of Ukraine in Kharkov.
