Education and Career

After graduation in 1989, school No. 30 entered the Kiev College of Electronic Devices, specializing in the operation of equipment for the production of electronic devices. In 1993 he completed vocational education and received the qualification of a technician-electromechanics.

He began his career at the Izumrud enterprise, worked as an electrical engineer and then as an economist in material and technical support of the production and commercial firm “Ferst”.
In November 1995, he opened his own enterprise “ATV” and more than five years served as director.

In 1996, he entered the correspondence department of the Kharkov Technical University of Radio Electronics, majoring in Information Systems in Management. In 2001 he received a basic higher education and a bachelor’s degree. In July 2002, he defended his thesis project on “Information support of the enterprise performance accounting system” and received an educational and qualification level of a specialist and qualification of an engineer-economist.

Worked as the financial director of the private enterprise “Yuzhny” – a shopping center in Darnytskyi district of Kiev (2001- 2009, 2010-2012).

In 2005 he graduated from the Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, specializing in public administration. Returning to the capital, he graduated from the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture in two specialties: “Automated Control of Technological Processes”, “Urban Construction and Economy” and received two diplomas of a Civil Engineer (2011) and an Automation Engineer (2013).

Deputy activity began in 2008 after election as a deputy of the Kyiv City Council. He held the post of deputy chairman of the permanent commission of the Kyiv city council on land relations, urban planning and architecture. As a result of competitive selection in October 2009, he was appointed director of the state enterprise “Research and Design Institute of Transport Construction Kyivgiprotrans”.

At the parliamentary elections in 2012, he was elected People’s Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 7th convocation from the UDAR Party, was a member of the Committee on Industrial and Investment Policy, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Construction, Urban Development, Housing and Public Policy and Regional Policy. At an extraordinary parliamentary election in November 2014, Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine elected the People’s Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine eight convocation from the party of the Bloc Petro Poroshenko and became a member of the Committee on Tax and Customs Policy.

Valery Aleksandrovich is the author of many bills concerning the Constitution of Ukraine, the Criminal Procedure Code, tax and budget codes and other important documents. Many of his proposals were considered by parliamentarians and approved.
