Education and Career
In1988 he graduated from the Minsk Higher Air Defense Anti-aircraft Missile School, specializing in Radio Engineering.
In 1988-1992 – he officer, served in the Armed Forces of the USSR.
In 1992-2006 he Adjunct of the Military Engineering Radio Technical Academy of Air Defense L.A. Govorova in Kharkov. Lecturer, Department of Quantum Optics and High-Precision Weapons. Assistant professor, Department of Device for transmitting and receiving signals from the radar armament of the Air Force University in Kharkov.
On 2006 to present – Professor of the Department of Telecommunication Systems (Infocommunication Engineering) of Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics.
Ph.D – 1996;
Doctor of Sciences – 2011, (05.12.17 – Radiotechnical and Telecommunication Systems).
Educational activity
Teaches courses: “End-user access devices”, “Fundamentals of circuit theory”, “Fundamentals of circuit technology”, “Broadband telecommunication systems”, “Optical technologies in telecommunications”
Research activities
He was a scientific supervisor or a responsible executive in ten research projects. He is a member of two specialized scientific councils for defending doctoral and candidate dissertations at the Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics (D.64.052.09, D 64.052.03). Has prepared 3 Ph.D.
Research interests: broadband and ultra-wideband radio engineering systems, optoelectronic systems for detection and tracking of objects in the video stream.
