According to the Article 16 (2) of the Law of Ukraine “On Education”, the system of providing higher education institutions with the quality education and the higher education quality (internal quality assurance system) involves the implementation of such procedures and activities as the annual assessment of higher education applicants, scientific and pedagogical staff of the institution of higher education, regularly publishing the results of such assessments on the official website of the institution of higher education, at information stands and in any other way; as well as ensuring the availability of information systems for the effective management.
In order to comply with these requirements, as well as to further encourage the presentation of the results of personal research of university scientists, improving the quality of teaching and teaching activities of teachers, achieving compliance with the criteria for granting higher education institutions the status of National, approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from November 22, 2017, No. 912, the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics holds the competition “The best scientific, scientific – pedagogical worker of NURE”.
