Igor Ruban – the First Vice-Rector of NURE 

According to the order №218Kd.d. 08.02.2009 Igor Viktorovich Ruban was transferred to the position of the First Vice-Rector of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.

The contract is valid from 01.02.2019 till 23.04.2022
