The task of the laboratory is to train specialists in the field of organization and management of financial and economic security. The laboratory prepared 2 monographs: “Organizational and legal basis of information protection with software access” and “Technical means of information protection with software access”, training manual “Competitive intelligence and counterintelligence”.
In 2021, the laboratory received equipment within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA2 project “WARN: Academic Response to Hybrid Threats” (610133-EPP-1-2019-1-FI–EPPKA2–CBHE–JP), which is financed by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union.
In 2018, students took 2nd and 3rd place at the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiads on “Management of Financial and Economic Security”. At the all-Ukrainian competition of student works on “Management of financial and economic security” in 2018, the work of a student of the Federal University of Economics and Business took 3rd place. At the all-Ukrainian competition for qualifying papers in the specialty 073 Management of the 2023/2024 academic year, the work of the winner of the OPP “Management of Financial and Economic Security” took 2nd place.
