PNDL “Information Technologies Transfer for Risk Reduction Systems”

The main directions of the research:

  1. Development of an object-oriented methodology for the development of a specialized information and analytical system and its components based on knowledge of precedents.
  2. Development of a generalized method for modeling a problem situation.
  3. Development of a method for finding precedents, used for creating a knowledge base from the texts of the situation description by experts, which uses the object-oriented frame structure of the knowledge base organization in the tools of method implementation.
  4. Development of the nature environment model on the basis of a comprehensive knowledge-oriented presentation of the micro situation.

Quantitative indicators of the results of scientific work:

  1. 2008-2013 Research work was carried out for the BOCH laboratory (Dresden, Germany). 3 layout was transferred to the customer for exam. (Volume – 9 thousand euros).
  2. 2013-2015 theme № 272-1 “Models and methods of analysis and interpretation of dynamic processes”, section “Models and methods of analysis of dynamic processes of emergency situations of a natural disposition” is completed.
  3. The laboratory took part in international programs: TEMPUS, ERASMUS +, DAAD
  4. 8 candidate dissertations and 1 doctoral thesis are protected.
