Training KNURE’s students in Linnaeus University by the Tempus


25 students and 5 mentors from five universities from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics, Odessa National Politechnic University, Lviv Polytechnic National University, Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine, Vinnytsia National Technical University participated at the  training program “Innovation and entrepreneurship in IT” in Linnaeus University of Vaxjo, Sweden from 1.11.2015 to 16.11.2015.

5 students from 3-5 courses of  Software Engineering department,  namely: Dmytro Bekuzarov, Volodymyr Gritsenko, Andrey Lyman, Olena Tischenko, Maxim Yerokhin are participated in this program.

Dmytro Bekuzarov, Volodymyr Gritsenko and Olena Tischenko are prize winners in the nomination “Best innovative solution” contest of innovative startup projects students IT training areas “IT Eureka! Ukraine”, which was held in Odessa. May20, 2015.

The training program includes 15 ECTS. Students studied during 2 weeks in Linnaeus University, 14 weeks they will training in KNURE and the last 2 weeks they will be in the Pedro Nunes University, Coimbra- Portugal. 

Student’s mentors are teachers from Software Engineering department: V. Kauk (was in Linnaeus university), A. Chupryna, I.Revenchuk.

The objective of this course is two fold. Firstly, it will provide the student with theoretical  and practical knowledge regarding entrepreneurial competence development of the IT  based value using modern software development methodologies. Secondly, it will provide the student with a set of theoretical concepts and practical tools that can be used for  understanding how IT-based innovative ideas and solutions can potentially be  transformed into economic, social and/or other forms of value of which a distinct  demand can be identified. 

We wish our students success in learning and in creating innovative creative ideas and solutions in IT area.
