The Polish delegation visited NURE
Management of the Lublin University of Technology (Poland), consisting of: the Chancellor of the University of Technology – Wieslaw Sikora, and the deputy head of the Center for Eastern Partnership Program – Paul Komada, on November 22, visited Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics with a return visit.
Lublin University of Technology is a powerful educational, scientific, educational, cultural and youth center. University is № 1 among innovative universities in Poland, among the top 15 universities in the country. The university has 16 technical areas, which combine more than 50 specialties; in its structure there are the Information Technology Center, the center of innovation and advanced technology, Lublin Centre for Technology Transfer, Lublin Business Incubator.
As mentioned earlier, in September 2016, NURE signed an agreement with the Lublin University of Technology (Poland) on the establishment of double degree programs. The agreement was the result of the visit of vice-rector for scientific and methodical work of NURE Stanislav Ignatiev and the Director of the Department of International Cooperation – Ellina Medynska, in Poland, where they held talks with the rector of the Lublin University of Technology Peter Katseyko, Chancellor – Wieslaw Sikora, as well as heads of departments.
The main purpose of the visit is the launch of double degree programs in four areas: mechatronics, engineering of renewable energy, computer networks, mobile applications.
However, our partnership involves further expansion of this list. Ukrainian and foreign students of NURE can take part in these programs. Education may, in addition to Polish, be held in Russian and English.
