The Ambassador of Turkey to Ukraine Jan Yonet Tezel will appeal to the Turkish Ministry of Education regarding the recognition of diplomas of Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics in their country – about this he said at a meeting with representatives of NURE.

The main purpose of the meeting, with the participation of Vice-Rector of NURE Stanislav Ignatiev, was discussing the intensification of cooperation with universities in Turkey and the recognition of diplomas.

“Today Turkey is an energy hub, therefore, the economy requires more and more high-quality specialists in the field of energy, who will study abroad,” – said the Ambassador Jan Yonet Tezel.

In turn, representatives of NURE briefed Mr. Tezel with the situation developed with the recognition of documents of Ukrainian universities by Ministry of Education of the Republic of Turkey.

“NURE prepares highly qualified specialists that are in demand on the international labor market, at the same time, the university is subject to the formal constraints of the Ministry of Education of Turkey for recognition of documents on higher education, because it has no natural and humanitarian faculties”, – said Vice-rector Stanislav Ignatiev.

The two sides also agreed to promote the development of scientific and educational partnerships between universities in Turkey and NURE.
