NURE SIGNED A MEMORANDUM ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BUSINESS INCUBATORWITH THE REPRESENTATIVES OF COMPANIES FROM FIVE COUNTRIES

On April,7 at 9:45 a.m. at the Kharkov Palace (pr. Pravdy, 2) NURE signed a memorandum on the establishment of business incubator ‘Startup Factory NURE’ on the basis of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (NURE). The signing took place in the framework of the Third International Business Forum “Ukraine 2016: Challenges and Opportunities”. The memorandum was signed by the representatives of companies from five countries: Ukraine, the USA, Australia, Estonia and Poland.The Business Incubator concept originated last year, when the project was presented to «Kharkiv StartUp Factory», aimed on helping young developers. In the first stage Business Incubator created as a virtual platform to find business ideas and attract investment support for their development. However, in the future it is planned to create a full-fledged co-working center, in which the virtual platform will find the real space.

The main aim of the Incubator is to create a tool that allows students to get additional skills, experience and knowledge in the creation of projects and helps to expand student learning format and enable them to do a business on their developments.

The acting Rector of NURE Eduard Rubin said: “The concentration of large numbers of viable ideas and projects in the same space will attract potential investors who will come to us, knowing that we have what to choose from. It creates an innovative business environment and NURE becomes its center. “
