European Union: the development of LLL policies
6-9.10.2014 in Angel Kanchev University in Ruse (Bulgaria) took place meeting of the consortium Tempus project “A Network for Developing Lifelong Learning in Armenia, Georgia and Ukraine (LeAGUe)” 543839-TEMPUS-1-2013-1-SE-TEMPUS-SMHES,
funded by the European Union with the active participation of the Ministries of Education and Science of Ukraine, Armenia and Georgia.
The project implementation plan will be developed within the framework of lifelong learning LLL (lifelong Learning) in the partner countries of the project.
At the meeting, attended by over 50 participants from Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Denmark, Portugal and Sweden.
There were representatives from: Armenia National Agrarian University, Gavar State University(Armenia), Russian – Armenian (Slavonic) University, Vanadzor State Pedagogical Institute (Armenia), Armenian Lifelong Learning League, Ilia State University (Georgia), Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University, (Georgia), University of Georgia, Adult Education Association of Georgia, Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics (Ukraine), National Technical University of Ukraine Kyiv Polytechnic Ins., Odessa National Polytechnic University (Ukraine), T.Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Ukraine), Technical University of Denmark, University of Coimbra, (Portugal), Angel Kanchev University of Ruse (Bulgaria).
The meeting focused on results achieved up to the moment, future tasks:
- LLL Assessment Guidelines;
- LLL Monitoring Working Model;
- LLL Regulatory Framework;
- LLL Expert Network Framework;
- Company Cooperation Strategy.
European partners presented the results and shared their experience in this field.
Was presented web-site «LLL Expert Network» (http://lll.wild-code.com/) . The consortium partners appreciated very high functionality and design of this site. Andrey Lyman (student of PI-11-1) was developed site under the guidance of Software Engeneering teachers, namely: Kameneva I, Kauk V., Revenchuk I, Shatovska T.
Was approved work plan for 2014-2015.
The results of this project are very important for Ukraine, because the set of recommendations for the actual implementation of LLL will present to higher education institutions of Ukraine. This will expand the social inclusion, active citizenship, personal development, competitiveness and employment of Ukrainian citizens through quality LLL policies and programs.
